Ministry with Worship at its Heart

“Jesus declared… Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshippers must worship in spirit and in truth.”
(Jn.4:23-24)

Nothing compares to anointed, Spirit-filled worship for ushering in the presence of God in all His healing power, and that’s why we put so much emphasis on getting that part of our meetings as right as we possibly can.

AW Tozer once wrote a book called “Worship – The missing jewel of the evangelical church” – the title alone is a call to us all to be careful with how we handle this wonderful gift from God.

After a few initial God-directed encounters, it’s been a huge blessing for us to have Chris Ware as Long Life Ministries Worship Director, since January 2007, working with us on a regular basis.
His anointed worship leading enhances our healing meetings so much, and many have shared how they have been blessed as Chris brings a sense of the Lord’s presence through contemporary worship songs, many of them self -penned under the leading of the Spirit.

Originally from Australia, Chris lives in Belfast, where he both worships at, and works in, Christian Fellowship Church. He’s married to Janene, and they have a daughter – the lovely Bethany!

‘It is amazing how God reveals Himself when we come before Him in Worship. I had a revelation of Jesus in 1984 in a corporate worship meeting and have been walking with Him ever since.
Within a couple of years I became involved in worship ministry and count it a privilege to see God touch lives through musical worship.
I have also experienced personal healing while worshipping and have seen others healed while praying and worshipping.
As far as I’m concerned our Father in heaven eagerly desires for us to know Him intimately and be restored in every way so His Kingdom will be displayed through our lives.’
